I chose two well known contemporary artists' work for exhibition and selling.

David Fokos, a New England based artist, has recognized that the austere presentation of a single object allows the viewer to more fully appreciate its beauty. Mr. Foko's landscape images along the east coast go well beyond merely being pretty pictures. Besides conveying a strong sense of composition, geometry, and visual stability, they possess an intellectual depth that pares each image down to its barest components, so that the perception of the viewer is intensified, concentrated wholly on the essence of the material that remains.
what i really like is the beautiful horizontal line interests with some vertical lines.all the photos emphasis the peaceful of the landscape and showing the reflection and shadow through different media,like water.


Antony Gormley has revitalised the human image in sculpture through a radical investigation of the body as a place of memory and transformation, using his own body as subject, tool and material. Since 1990 he has expanded his concern with the human condition to explore the collective body and the relationship between self and other in large-scale installations like Allotment, Critical Mass, Another Place, Domain Field, and Inside Australia. His recent work increasingly engages with energy systems, fields and vectors, rather than mass and defined volume, evident in works like Clearing, Blind Light, Firmament and Another Singularity.

I am really interested in his work as the way he creates the same theme(human body) with various material and media,the body suddenly become alive and joyful or maybe scare.people who visit these sculpture is not just seeing the work but also experience a kind of communication between the human size sculpture.
